"Their agents are incompetent! After a couple of fixable mistakes over the years, when I decided to get full coverage, they never asked me about rental car coverage nor mentioned limited tort vs full tort. I got into an accident (not my fault) with no rental car coverage & only limited tort! I can't stay with an agency I don't trust. Still with State Farm, just a different agent. I'm tired of having to be the agent as well as the customer."

"Jessica Stover is great and got me a really good rate. I was switching from progressive after 6 years with them due to their poor customer service, not wanting to fix things properly even with full coverage, and using faulty parts.
